Our Process
01
Selection
We handpick individuals who have completed our pre-requisite community trainings and exhibit clear entrepreneurial potential. Our cohorts are small, advanced groups of 5-6 participants, each with a viable business plan that includes a missional impact.
02
Training
Participants meet monthly for intensive business training, working toward launching their businesses with a strategic, actionable plan.
03
Launch
After graduation, we assess their readiness to launch. If they present a clear strategic plan, we assist in securing the necessary start-up funding.
04
Mentorship
Graduates have the opportunity to mentor the next cohort, allowing them to give back, refine their knowledge, and earn additional start-up capital for their business.
